What is Alechemy?
Alechemy is the art and mad science of brewing. Many believe that necessity is the mother of invention. Although we agree that occasionally that is true, we are here to unmask the real mother of invention. Inventiveness. And as we all know, mad science is the wicked stepmother of inventiveness. But how do you brew like a madman when there is so much to learn and keep track of? What if you mess up part of your recipe?

We make it simple.
If you are new to all grain brewing, our step-by-step kits give you the parameters you need to experiment, explore, and expand your brewing skill set. We even include failsafe methods of recovery and emergency change of style ideas.

We make it interesting.
If you are an experienced brewer, our kits will be a welcome change of pace because you don't need to buy all of your ingredients seperately to get a truly great beer. If you would like to make insanely complex beers without having to put everything together yourself, you can with Alechemy. Besides, some of our beers that are available as kits would be very time consuming and frustrating to assemble on your own (more about that when we release our next brew kit).
